The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

The following people remain in the Polk County Jail.

  1. Charlie Brown Jr., 54, of 122 Mayflower Circle, Cartersville, was arrested May 10 on charges of party to a crime and first-degree cruelty to children.
  2. George Wesley Bryant, 30, of 1244 Rockmart Highway, Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of probation violation and failure to appear.
  3. Eric Steven Cummings, 43, of 807 Polk Street, Rockmart, was arrested May 7 on charges of driving on a withdrawn license and probation violation.
  4. Crystal Deann Dyer, 23, of 207 Cedar Creek Drive, Dallas, was arrested May 2 on charges of theft by receiving and six counts of bond drop.
  5. Timothy Lee Easterwood, 40, of 394 Knight Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 7 on charges of aggravated assault and third-degree cruelty to children, both under the Family Violence Act (F.V.A.) and reckless conduct.
  6. Taviyon Raymon Holiday, 35, of 203 Dunn Road, Silver Creek, was arrested May 5 on charges of parole violation and probation violation.
  7. Debbie Latrelle Hood, 44, of 426 Herbert St., Cedartown, was arrested May 8 on charges of open container, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
  8. Roger Joseph Ingram, 42, of 293 New Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested May 2 on charges of aggravated assault, battery and simple assault, all under F.V.A.
  9. Labon Justin Johnson, 30, of 959 Mauldin Road, Greenville, S.C., was arrested May 9 on charges of driving unlicensed, giving false information and failure to yield.
  10. Terry Lynn Jones Jr., 38, of 7321 Dalewood St., Cedartown, was arrested May 5 on charges of three counts of failure to appear.
  11. Thomas Lee Lipscomb, 28, of 5227 Buchanan Highway, Buchanan, was arrested May 2 on charges of probation violation, failure to obey traffic control device, and DUI.
  12. Stephen Lawrence Pless, 42, of 316 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 8 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
  13. Michael Wallace Robbins, 63, of 344 West Ave., Cedartown, was arrested May 10 on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude, failure to stop at stop sign and failure to yield.
  14. Robert Stout III, 22, of 487 Tuck St., Cedartown, was arrested May 9 on charges of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
  15. Juan F. Transancos-Cosquilla, 29, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested May 10 on charges of cancelled registration and driving unlicensed.
  16. Joshua W. Watson, 26, of 15 Jaycees Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 8 on charges of two counts of contempt of court – child support.
  17. Jeremy Worthen, 29, of 4455 E. Alhambra Circle, Naples, Fla., was arrested May 10 on charges of marijuana drug possession and disorderly conduct.

The following people were released from the Polk County Jail.

  1. Monica L. Alford, 42, of 433 Walnut St., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of driving on a suspended license, defective equipment, no seatbelt, safety restraint, and giving false information.
  2. Kenneth Edward Borders, 34, of 249 Litchfield St., Rockmart, was arrested May 2 on charges of simple battery under F.V.A. and drugs across guard line.
  3. Nancie Ann Borders, 38, of 83 Mainline Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 2 on a charge of battery under F.V.A. She was arrested again May 6 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking.
  4. Steven Ford Brown II, 22, of 277 Covered Bridge Road, Euharlee, was arrested May 8 on charges of driving on a suspended license, DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
  5. Jonathan Shane Brumit, 31, of 116 Evergreen Lane, Cedartown, was arrested May 2 on charges of cocaine possession and stop sign violation.
  6. Andrew James Canales, 25, of 443 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested May 1 on charges of DUI, driving without a license, and open container.
  7. Patricia A. Chavez, 50, of 212 Jackson St., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of crack cocaine possession and littering from a vehicle.
  8. Angela Denice Cody, 48, of 858 Hunington Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on a charge of simple battery.
  9. Mindy Delaine Cook, 39, of 359 Little Harmony Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 6 on a charge of obstruction.
  10. Kela Danyel Davis, 17, of 820 Hugh Stewart Road, Aragon, was arrested April 10 on charges of affray and disrupting a public school
  11. Justin Alan Dean, 21, of 283 Oakwood Drive, Cedartown, was arrested May 2 on a charge of battery.
  12. Jackson David Gamble, 18, of 504 School House Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 3 on charges of marijuana possession and loitering.
  13. Fidencio Martinez Garcia, 36, of 389 Fifth St., Cedartown, was arrested May 9 on charges of driving on a suspended license and driving unlicensed.
  14. Jerome Emmanuel Glover, 39, of 77 Green and Gold Blvd., Rome, was arrested May 5 on a charge of battery.
  15. Keenan Allen Goss, 29, of 4 East Second St., Aragon, was arrested May 2 on charges of two counts of failing to appear, and probation violation.
  16. Lisa Ann Graves, 46, of 91 Manor Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 4 on a charge of financial transaction fraud.
  17. Tyler Chaz Gravitt, 22, of 2565 Cartersville Highway, Rockmart, was arrested May 6 on a charge of simple battery.
  18. John Wilson Hobbs, 17, of 2607 Browning Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 3 on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property.
  19. Shea Howell Howell, 27, of 1077 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested May 6 on a charge of theft by shoplifting.
  20. Christopher M. Keith, 37, of 138 Church St., Rockmart, was arrested May 7 on charges of no proof of insurance, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to yield, driving on a suspended license and failure to report accident.
  21. Michael Kevin Mahaffey, 54, of 380 S. Piedmont Ave., Rockmart, was arrested May 2 on charges of methamphetamine possession, methamphetamine possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug-related object and possession of a firearm or knife.
  22. Angel Martinez Jr., 26, of 630 West Ave., Cedartown, was arrested May 5 on charges of public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
  23. Perry Matthew Mathis, 53, of 609 South College St., Cedartown, was arrested May 1 on charges of resisting police officer and public drunkenness.
  24. Chase Anderson McDonald, 33, of 249 Litchfield St., Rockmart, was arrested May 2 on a charge of simple battery.
  25. Donald Ray McShan, 45, of 593 Davis Mill Road, Dallas, was arrested May 4 on charges of expired tag and suspended or revoked license.
  26. Marshall Jake Moates, 24, of 455 Clarkwood Road, Rockmart, was arrested April 29 on charges of DUI and open container.
  27. Dewayne Moore, 40, of 100 West Prior St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of indecent exposure and child molestation.
  28. Kenneth Lee Moore, 45, of 100 West Prior St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction.
  29. Justin Edwin Oliver, 23, of 1005 Brook Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 7 on charges of texting while driving, failure to maintain lane, safety restraint, and DUI.
  30. Dillard Perkins, 48, of 3618 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 1 on charges of terroristic threats and acts and simple battery, both under F.V.A., and third-degree cruelty to children.
  31. James Heslep Philpot, 25, of 1047 Fairview Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 1 on charges of no license on person, headlight requirements and misdemeanor marijuana possession.
  32. William Lee Proffit, 29, of 286 McCormick Road, Cartersville, was arrested May 6 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking.
  33. Rigoberto Hernandez Reynoso, 28, of 314 Second Ave., Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of driving wrong way on a one-way street and driving without a license.
  34. Juan Christopher Rocha, 18, of 785 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 9 on charges of expired tag, too fast for conditions and suspended license.
  35. Tamara Rose Shoemaker, 28, of 406 Herbert St., Cedartown, was arrested May 10 on charges of driving unlicensed.
  36. Agustin Soto-Peinado, 20, of 129 Irwin St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of driving on a suspended license.
  37. Jeffrey Scott Stamey, 38, of 360 Rowell Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 8 on a charge of theft by taking.
  38. Mikki Elaine Stephenson, 40, of 1318 South Main St., Cedartown, was arrested May 3 on charges of driving on a suspended license, removing or affixing a license plate, expired tag, and safety restraint violation.
  39. Ebony Elice Stocks, 24, of 2 Grover St., Rome, was arrested May 5 on charges of terroristic threats, crossing guard line, obstruction, false name and date of birth, and criminal trespass.
  40. Jimmy Ray Swift, 35, of 837 College St., Rockmart, was arrested May 2 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related object.
  41. Donald Ray Taylor Jr., 40, of 405 Stewart Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 7 on charges of strong-arm robbery and party to a crime of battery.
  42. Juan Casario Vicente, 27, of 506 Decatur St., Rome, was arrested May 3 on charges of headlight requirements and driving unlicensed.
  43. Mitchell Craig Wall, 38, of 426 Hampton St., Rockmart, was arrested on April 24 on charges of two counts of methamphetamine possession, possession of a drug-related object, marijuana possession, drugs to be kept in original container and possession of a schedule II drug.
  44. Melissa Walther, 25, of 63 Wimberly Hill Loop, Cedartown, was arrested May 6 on a charge of deposit account fraud.
  45. Brent Dontrial Washington, 28, of 1628 Prospect Road, Aragon, was arrested May 6 on charges of criminal trespass and theft by taking.
  46. Jermaine Tolbert Williams, 36, of 8 Cliff View Drive, Rockmart, was arrested May 5 on charges of driving on a withdrawn license and failure to dim headlights.
  47. Roger Larmarick Williams, 27, of 34 Hill St., Rockmart, was arrested May 7 on charges of driving on a suspended license and seatbelt violation.
