A single vehicle wreck Monday resulted in two people being sent to the hospital.
Polk County Fire Station 9 and Cedartown Fire were dispatched to Highway 100 going toward Cave Spring.
When firefighters arrived, they quickly worked to stabilize the vehicle that had run off the road and was 20 feet into the woods.
The occupants had to be extricated and were transported to the hospital.
No major injuries were reported.
