Man arrested for trying to arrange sex on trail

Paulding County authorities say a 51-year-old man went online to arrange for sex along the Silver Comet Trail. Sheriff’s deputies responded to an online ad posted about two weeks ago seeking to engage in sexual activity at a location on the trail. An undercover deputy and the alleged online poster met around 9 p.m. Thursday, the Paulding County sheriff’s office said in a release. Deputies arrested Kim Coker of Hiram and charged him with solicitation of sodomy and prowling. He is in being held without bond in the Paulding County Detention Center.
