An Aragon man who was arrested back on January 1 child molestation charges was apparently under investigation at the time for a reported rape that occurred way back in October 2009. According to dockets from the Polk County Jail, 42 year old Buddy Dewayne Kelley of 108 Hicksville Road in Aragon was arrested back on January 1 and was charged with aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, and cruelty to child in the first degree. According to police, the victim is a 13 year old girl. Aragon Police say the October 3, 2009 incident occurred at the same location as the one earlier this month and involved an adult female. The investigation into both cases is still ongoing and police are awaiting DNA evidence in the alleged early October rape. More details should come later.
