Veterans Day Service held in Cedartown

Nearly a hundred residents turned out Tuesday morning for a Veterans Day Commemorative Service at the Veterans Plaza just outside the Cedartown Library.

Following a pledge to the flag and the singing of the Star Spangled Banner, city manager Bill Fann provided the keynote address during the ceremony. Listen below:

Following the keynote speech, the American Legion Post 86 Honor Guard presented a 21 gun salute and taps.
