A Silver Creek man along with a Rome woman were arrested by Rome police late Monday on burglary charges. Floyd County Jail reports say that 22 year old David Erik Hernandez of 113 Zona Kay Circle in Silver Creek and 20 year old Jessica Lauren Jones of 66 Lyons Drive in Rome were arrested both on one count of burglary. City montauk-monster.com/pharmacy officers accuse both Hernandez and Jones with breaking into an apartment on Chateau Drive where a Toshiba laptop computer valued at $1,200 was apparently the only item stolen. The break in occurred just after 10 p.m. Monday night and both suspects were taken into custody less than an hour and a half later.
