Tom Glavine looks ready to return to the Atlanta Braves after another strong rehab start with the Rome Braves. In front of a sellout crowd at State Mutual Stadium in Rome, the 305-game winner pitched six scoreless innings in a South Atlantic League game against Augusta on Tuesday night. He allowed only three hits, struck out two and didn’t walk anyone in the 65-pitch outing. Glavine has yet to pitch for the Braves this season after missing most of last season. He underwent elbow and shoulder surgery, then had complications in April while preparing to rejoin Atlanta.
