A Rome man faces kidnapping charges following his arrest over the weekend. According to reports, 25 year old Jonathan Zachary Jr., of a Brookwood Court address in Rome, was arrested on Saturday and is alleged to have grabbed a woman, threw her down and threatened to kill her. Zachary is also charged with false imprisonment, 2nd degree criminal damage to property, terroristic threats and acts, and battery.
