Domestic dispute ends in arrest

Polk County Jail docket reports show that Polk County police arrested 28 year old Dadrian Ray Davis of 6 Arnold St., Rockmart, last week. He is charged with battery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, burglary, sodomy and aggravated sodomy. Davis remains in the Polk County Jail. According to police officials, the domestic call came into their office in the early hours of May 26. An officer responded to a Pine Forest Drive, Cedartown, residence and obtained the victims information. No other information is available at this time because an investigation is continuing.
