Chubbtown wreck injures two

Three people were injured in a head-on collision that blocked traffic for more than an hour on Sunday afternoon on Chubb Road, about a mile from the Polk County line. According to Floyd County Police, a late model Pontiac Sunfire, driven by 29 year old Jada Howard of a Walnut Ave. address in Cedartown, was traveling on Chubb Road when it struck a late-model Ford Explorer Sport Trac driven by 35 year old Brandy Browning of a Lions Bridge Road address, around 12:30 p.m.
