Cedartown to recieve money from USDA

The City of Cedartown will be receiving money from the federal government according to our two U.S. Senators. Republican U.S. Senators Johnny Isakson and Saxby Chambliss recently announced that the city of Cedartown will receive a loan of $17,100 and a grant of $20,000 from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development program. The funding will be distributed through the Community Facility Loan and Economic Impact Initiative Grant program and used to purchase a new emergency generator for the city’s municipal complex.
