Carrollton home demolished by accident

Well talk about a bad day. A Carrollton man discovered that his family home built by his father was demolished by mistake. According to homeowner Al Byrd, a demolition company out of Marietta tore down the wrong house. Officials from the company said that paperwork and GPS coordinates pinpointed Byrd’s family home. Heirlooms and other priceless family items were completely destroyed. You just can’t always trust your GPS.
