A Cartersville man has been jailed following a shooting Tuesday night.
According to Cartersville Police, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call on Hannon Way at around 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers were notified that a male victim had been shot.
Officers were also notified that the suspect or suspects had fled the scene.
Cartersville Police coordinated with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office and the Cartersville-Bartow Drug Task Force and they were able to locate Jordahni Julian Rimpel a short time later.
He is charged with aggravated assault.
At last report, the shooting victim was listed in stable condition.
