Aragon man arrested on child molestation charges

An Aragon man was arrested and jailed on child molestation charges. According to dockets from the Polk County Jail, 42 year old Buddy Dewayne Kelley of 108 Hicksville Road in Aragon was arrested back on January 1 and was charged with aggravated child molestation, false imprisonment, and cruelty to child in the first degree. The Aragon Police Department is handling the investigation. According to police, the victim is a 13 year old girl. No other details are available at this time but an investigation is still ongoing.
