City Commission meets Monday

A reinstatement of the minimum bill of usage for the Cedartown water rates was tops of the agenda Monday night for the Cedartown City Commission. Cedartown City Manager Charles Akridge says that this action was necessary in order to continue operating the water department without losing money. Click to listen In other business, the commission granted a conditional use request for J&D’s Food Mart on East Gibson Street.
