Aragon parade rescheduled for Friday

The season for Christmas parades is not yet over.

The City of Aragon Christmas parade, originally scheduled for Saturday, December 3, has been rescheduled for Friday, December 9 at 6:00 p.m.

This is the first ever parade that has been organized the City of Aragon, and organizers have planned for the route to go through the mill village.

The parade lineup will be on Grove Street and will then turn onto Aragon Road, then to First Street behind Aragon Baptist Church, continuing down Oak Street. The route then heads back up to Sixth Street, then to the right on Aragon Road, dispersing at Jake Belk Field.
