More employers now registered for career expo in Bartow County Thursday

ATLANTA – More than fifty employers have signed up to participate in the Georgia Department of Labor’s (GDOL) career expo set for Thursday, Oct. 2, from 1-4 p.m. at the Clarence Brown Conference Center, located at 5450 State Route 20, Cartersville.

Applicants should bring copies of their resume, and be prepared to fill out company applications and interview for available jobs. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately to improve their opportunities for employment. This expo is being co-sponsored by Goodwill, Must Ministries, Bartow College and Career Academy, Clarence Brown Conference Center, Chattahoochee Technical College, and Georgia Highlands College.

Expo attendees who participated in a Saturday, Sept. 27, Job Readiness Event will be allowed early access to the expo.
