Phillip David Lindsey has twenty-six years with the U.S.P.S. He has an Associate’s Degree from GHC; and Bachelor’s Degree from UWGA in Criminal Justice. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for thirty-four years and have three grown children and a grandson. David is a life-long resident of Cedartown Georgia.
